About the role
We are seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care through tele-health services, including video visits, telephonic triage, and email follow-ups.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients virtually
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional patient care
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification
- At least two years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience seeing patients of all ages
- Current licensure in CA with the ability to obtain additional licenses
