Virtual Nurse Practitioner - CA License

Role Overview Seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care via tele-health, including video, phone, and email consultations. Responsibilities include treating patients, participating in weekly Clinical Rounds, collaborating with virtual and in-office team members, and utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, effective communication, technological proficiency, and adaptability to diverse patient needs. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification.At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience seeing patients of all ages.Current licensure in CA, with ability to obtain additional licenses.Strong clinical, communication, and technological skills.Willingness to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and alternating Saturdays or Sundays.Preferred certifications include 103 or 104, with willingness to obtain if needed. Key Duties Manage telehealth patient visits, triage calls, and follow-ups.Engage in ongoing learning and team collaboration.Deliver high-quality, accessible virtual primary care, demonstrating empathy and clinical proficiency.
