Virtual Nurse Practitioner - CA License

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Virtual Nurse Practitioner - CA License to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role focuses on delivering high-quality virtual primary care through telehealth visits and coordinated patient support. The provider will conduct triage calls and video appointments while working closely with virtual and in-office teammates to ensure seamless care delivery. Ongoing clinical learning and collaboration are central to the role, supporting strong patient experiences and consistent care outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth visits, including triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in ongoing clinical learning through weekly Clinical Rounds
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles
• Use clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years of experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care settings within the last 5 years
• Current CA license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Schedule

• Availability to work weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday

Pay

$123,192 – $136,384 annually
