Virtual Functional Medicine - Nurse Practitioner

Job Responsibilities

• C Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• D Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and medical conditions
• P Prescribe nutraceuticals and/or medications and monitor their effectiveness
• C Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• E Provide counseling and education to patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• M Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems
• S Stay current with medical advancements, research, and clinical trials in the fields of functional, integrative and lifestyle medicine

Requirements

• A At least two years of experience practicing functional medicine and performing functional medicine specialty testing/labs
• B Experience in functional and integrative medicine settings preferred
• C NP/APRN – with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging or Lifestyle Medicine
• F Providers based in FL, MI, TN, and TX are preferred
• G Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL APRN license and any remote location determined
• H Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers
• I Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
• J Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service
• K Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality

Pay

The heart of who we are and how we operate is “patient first.” For full-time providers, we have a starting base salary guarantee of $130K (depending on experience), as well as bonus/revenue share opportunity.
