Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Virtual Medical Provider to deliver evidence-based primary care through telehealth, including video, phone, and email consultations. The role emphasizes human-centered care, adaptability, and effective use of technology to improve healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients via telehealth, including triage, video visits, and follow-ups
• Engaging in ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and team collaboration
• Providing high-quality, evidence-based primary care virtually
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office team members to provide exceptional virtual care

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent care experience in the past five years
• Current licensing in NY and ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including weekends

Pay
