Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner - Licensed

Role Overview Seeking a full-time virtual provider to deliver evidence-based primary care through telehealth modalities, including video, phone, and email consultations. The role involves treating patients of all ages, collaborating with virtual and in-office teams via daily huddles, and participating in ongoing clinical learning through weekly rounds and other activities. Candidates must have completed an accredited FNP program with national certification, possess at least two years of recent outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience, and be licensed in CO with the ability to obtain additional licenses. Strong clinical and communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for human-centered primary care are essential. Flexibility to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday, is required.
