Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute virtual events and webinars across global regions, including scheduling, platform setup, speaker coordination, and live production.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape event content, agendas, and messaging aligned to campaign and sales priorities.
- Manage event promotion, registration, and follow-up workflows in partnership with Marketing Ops and Campaigns.
- Monitor live events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Track event performance and compile post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
- Support experimentation with new formats and engagement tactics (e.g., polls, breakout rooms, interactive Q&A).
- Maintain event calendars, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, or webinar production, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proficiency with webinar and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, CVent, Goldcast)
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance and optimizing for results
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging digital experiences
