Marketing Events Specialist, Webinars and Suites

About the role

The Marketing Events Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and on-going optimization of firm-hosted webinars, small in-person events/dinners, and the firm’s sports and entertainment ticket program. This role supports program strategy, ensures consistent execution across offices, and drives continuous improvement through data tracking and process enhancements. The Specialist partners closely with attorneys, Client Development, and Marketing leadership to deliver high-quality client experiences and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of event and ticket initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and on-going optimization of firm-hosted webinars, small in-person events/dinners, and the firm’s sports and entertainment ticket program.
• Support program strategy and ensure consistent execution across offices.
• Drive continuous improvement through data tracking and process enhancements.
• Partner closely with attorneys, Client Development, and Marketing leadership to deliver high-quality client experiences.
• Provide insights to improve the effectiveness of event and ticket initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in event planning and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in event planning and management.
• Experience with event technology platforms such as Zoom, Eventbrite, etc.
