Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Providers by phone.
• Advance listening and decision-making skills.
• Understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment.
• Accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
• Handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our caller’s needs while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.
• High work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
• Flexible to meet the fluctuating business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The potential base pay range for this role is $23.00 - $26.44 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Schedule

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
