Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist

As part of our Commercial Sales & Medical Solutions (CSMS) organization—also known as the Technology Enables Sales Organization (TESO)—you will join a team of 10,000+ field professionals in over 30 countries dedicated to launching and marketing pharmaceutical and medical products.
In this role as a Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist, you will promote a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory, focusing on achieving sales forecasts and driving product adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate product information, features, benefits, and recommended utilization to healthcare professionals by phone.
- Apply advanced listening and decision-making skills to convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner in real-time.
- Accept and apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks, such as actively listening to callers while navigating CRM systems to provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain a high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet fluctuating business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
The potential base pay range for this role is $23.00 - $26.44 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be offered, along with a range of health, welfare, and other benefits.
