Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist
About the Role
IQVIA is the only global provider of commercial solutions, helping biopharma, medical device, and diagnostic companies bring their therapies to market. As a Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist, you will promote a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory, focusing on achieving sales forecasts and driving product adoption and utilization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate product information, features/benefits, and recommended utilization to healthcare professionals by phone.
- Demonstrate advanced listening and decision-making skills to convey complex product-related information professionally in a real-time environment.
- Accept and apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks, such as actively listening to callers while navigating CRM systems to provide accurate and complete information.
- Maintain a high work ethic, reliability, and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
- Remain flexible to meet fluctuating business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience (preferred).
- Pharmaceutical or medical device experience (preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay
The potential base pay range for this role is $23.00 - $26.44 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, and schedule. Incentive plans, bonuses, and other forms of compensation may also be offered, along with health, welfare, and other benefits.
