What You Will Do

• YouTube Studio Management: Handle daily uploads, add tags, write optimized descriptions, manage playlists, add end-screens, and monitor videos for copyright claims or monetization issues.
• Live Broadcast Setup: Schedule upcoming live streams in YouTube Studio, connect the streaming keys/links to StreamYard, and ensure the correct titles and thumbnails are applied before the host goes live.
• Clipping & Shorts Production: Review daily long-form interviews, identify the most engaging, high-retention moments, and edit them into vertical Shorts/TikToks using tools like Premiere, CapCut, or AI clipping software.
• Quality Control: Double-check all titles for typos, ensure thumbnails are rendering correctly across devices, and verify that all scheduled videos go live exactly when they are supposed to.

Who You Are

• YouTube Studio Native: You know the YouTube Studio backend like the back of your hand. Experience navigating the studio, managing bulk uploads, and reading basic analytics is an absolute must.
• Speed & Precision: News moves fast. When a breaking news interview finishes, you need to have the clips cut and the VOD organized within hours, with zero formatting errors.
• Short-Form Instincts: You know what makes a good hook. You can take a 45-minute geopolitical interview and extract the 60 seconds that will hold retention on Shorts and TikTok.
• Highly Reliable: We upload 12 times a day. If you drop the ball on a scheduled upload, the whole machine slows down. You must be deeply organized.
