Virtual Construction - Reality Capture Manager

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement SOPs for reality capture that set industry standards
• Mentor and train a team of 3-5 Reality Capture Associates
• Establish and enforce quality control protocols for data accuracy
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for effective reality capture
• Manage and enhance the use of reality capture tools and software
• Transform scan data into actionable project insights
• Collaborate with BIM Coordination and Operations teams to align project requirements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in BIM/VDC, surveying, or geospatial data management roles
• Hands-on experience with 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, and LiDAR technologies
• Proficient in operating laser scanner hardware such as FARO, NavVis, and Leica
• Experience with software including ReCap Pro, FARO Scene, Leica Cyclone, and Navisworks
• Ability to interpret construction documents and shop drawings
• A strong curiosity about emerging technologies and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

Pay

$100,000 – $145,000 annually
