Virtual Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level BIM trade coordination from planning through project completion
• Facilitate coordination meetings and manage clash detection processes
• Establish and enforce company BIM Execution Plans and modeling standards
• Oversee development of Virtual Construction deliverables and quality control
• Guide adoption of BIM/VDC tools and workflows across multiple projects
• Manage Virtual Construction budgets and track changes
• Mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of six years in Virtual Construction / BIM / VDC in a commercial construction environment
• Operations experience preferred
• Strong technical background in BIM and Reality Capture technologies
• Advanced skills in cross-team collaboration within VDC, Field Services, Quality, and Safety
• Experience managing BIM workflows on complex projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay

$105,000 – $140,000 annually

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
