About the role

The Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation is seeking compassionate volunteers to support our Client Services team remotely. Volunteers help patients navigate the financial assistance application process and serve as a caring point of contact during a challenging time.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team remotely
• Help patients navigate the financial assistance application process
• Serve as a caring point of contact for patients during a challenging time

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems
• Comfortable speaking with patients by phone
• Passionate about helping others

Requirements

• Commit to at least 3 hours per week for a minimum of six months
