As a Virtual Budtender Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to cannabis consumers through phone and online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their orders
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
- Basic computer skills including email and internet navigation
Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
