Virtual Assistant – Inbound Sales (Home Services) | PST/MST Candidates Preferred

InoVA Local is a virtual assistant agency built specifically for home service businesses — cleaning companies, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, and similar trades. We're hiring a phone-based Virtual Assistant to handle inbound calls, book jobs, and provide a great first impression for our home service clients. This role starts part-time (1–2 billable hours/day) with growth potential.This role is best suited for candidates based in or able to work Pacific or Mountain time zones (PST/MST). Please only apply if you can commit to those business hours.What You'll Do:Answer inbound calls from customers of home service businesses (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, and similar)Book and schedule appointments using our CRM/scheduling toolsProvide friendly, professional, sales-oriented phone service — this is a phone-first roleFollow up with leads and help convert inquiries into booked jobsMaintain accurate records of every call and interactionWhat We're Looking For:Experience in the cleaning or home services industry is strongly preferred! Admin, scheduling, or customer-facing roles in cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, remodeling, or similarComfortable and confident on the phone; sales experience is a plus (especially with a track record of conversions or quotas)Reliable, remote-work-ready — a quiet workspace and stable internetAvailable Monday–Friday, on-call within business hoursStrong written and verbal communication — this role represents our clients directlyNice to Have (Bonus Points):Bilingual English/SpanishExperience with home service industry specific CRMs or scheduling software (BookingKoala, House Call Pro, Go High Level, MaidCentral, ServiceTitan, Jobber, etc.)Prior experience as a virtual assistantCompensation: Starting at $21/hour, part-time with growth into more hours based on performance and client demand.Location: Remote — Pacific or Mountain time zone strongly preferred.
