Virtual Admin - Painting Company (REQUIRED - DripJobs Experience)

About the role

The Virtual Admin / Customer Service Representative ("CSR") is the first voice a client hears, and often the reason they choose us over the next painter who called them back a day late. You will answer inbound calls, follow up on every lead and estimate, book estimates onto the right estimator’s calendar, and keep the DripJobs pipeline clean and current so nothing slips.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls
• Follow up on every lead and estimate
• Book estimates onto the right estimator’s calendar
• Keep the DripJobs pipeline clean and current
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments
• Keep the pipeline honest — no stale deals, no missing notes, no leads sitting untouched

Requirements

• Available and follow up on inbound leads and calls during business hours (Mountain Time - Denver, CO)
• Flexible hours
• Not required to sit in front of a computer all day

Benefits

• Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
