About the Role

TalkPath Live delivers virtual services to students in school districts during school hours. This is a fully remote position working from home, with a small caseload and potential for growth. The role offers flexible hours, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual instruction to deaf and hard-of-hearing students in school districts during school hours.
• Work independently from a home office with minimal distractions.
• Maintain excellent communication via email and phone.
• Navigate the IEP process (preferred but not required).

Requirements

• Full licensure or certification in your state of residence.
• Full licensure in the state(s) where TalkPath Live is hiring, or willingness to become licensed.
• Functional understanding of electronic devices.
• A reliable internet connection and a private, distraction-free workspace.

Qualifications

• Independent, creative, and flexible with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely on a personal computer.
• Experience providing remote or virtual services (preferred but not required).
