Virginia Teacher of Students w/ Visual Impairment (Remote)

About the role

This is a fully remote position working from home. We expect a small caseload with the potential for growth. Basic Qualifications

• Teachers should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
• Excellent communication skills via email and phone
• Full licensure or certification in your state of residence
• Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
• Functional understanding of electronic devices
• A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to teach

Preferred, but not required

• Experience providing remote, virtual services
• Experience navigating the IEP process
