VIP Travel Consultant
About the role
Explore your journey at BCD and challenge the status quo! Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and handle incoming requests via multiple channels. Be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers and provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products.
Responsibilities
- Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and provide consistent consultation
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported
Requirements
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Systems (Amadeus or Sabre)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays

The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
