VIP & Premier Access Agent - On Call
POSITION OVERVIEW
The VIP Premier Access Agent is responsible for providing personalized and seamless check-in experiences for VIP guests. This position plays a crucial role in offering exceptional guest service, coordinating exclusive amenities, and ensuring VIP guests receive a warm and attentive welcome upon their arrival.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet VIP guests with a warm and courteous demeanor, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in process upon their arrival
- Cook and serve refreshments, including brewing coffee, doing dishes, polishing glassware, serving pastries, and unloading stock inventory
- Take refreshment orders and serve drinks to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Maintain the organization of the VIP pantry
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, respecting guest privacy and confidentiality
- Engage with VIP guests to confirm reservations, clarify any special requirements, and anticipate their needs during the check-in process
- Address any concerns or issues raised by VIP guests promptly and effectively, finding timely resolutions or escalating matters to relevant management
- Build positive and lasting relationships with VIP clientele, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction
- Arrange all Concierge needs including booking dinner, spa, salon, and show reservations
- Cook and serve refreshments, including brewing coffee, doing dishes, polishing glassware, serving pastries, and unloading stock inventory
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, including Casino Services, Front Desk, Sales, Entertainment, Nightlife, and Revenue Management to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for VIP guests
- Monitor VIP guest feedback, satisfaction levels, and preferences to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the guest experience
- Aid in implementing VIP loyalty and reward programs to enhance guest retention and satisfaction
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in a guest service or hospitality role, with experience in VIP services or guest registration preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel registration procedures and the nuances of providing personalized VIP services
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends
- Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill set, considering a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity and market data alignment.

$21.06 per hour
