About the role
Allianz Amphitheater is seeking VIP Hosts to deliver exceptional premium hospitality experiences for box holders and VIP guests. This part-time, seasonal role serves as the face of our premium spaces, ensuring every guest feels recognized, valued, and fully taken care of from arrival through encore.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and provide personalized recognition to VIP guests and Live Nation executives
- Serve as the primary point of contact within premium lounges and seating areas
- Provide accurate event information, including set times and venue amenities
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
- Maintain communication with the VIP Manager, bar staff, and servers regarding guest flow and arrivals
- Monitor spaces for ambiance, cleanliness, and overall presentation
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Support premium upsell opportunities when appropriate
- Uphold a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in high-end hospitality, restaurant operations, or premium guest services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
- Professional judgment, tact, and conflict resolution skills
- Commitment to consistency — preference given to candidates able to work the full season

Pay
$12.77 USD - $15.00 USD hourly, based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
