VIP Hospitality Host

VIP Hospitality Hosts can earn up to an additional $2K quarterly with a Performance Based Bonus, plus a $750 sign-on bonus ($100 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, $400 after 90 days).

About the role

Generate customer awareness of the 24KT Club member program, upcoming special events, promotions, and VIP events. Build close relationships with VIP and hosted-level customers through personal contact by phone and in-person to generate additional and profitable gaming revenues. Meet and greet customers at the Casino Host desk, on the casino floor, the hotel front desk, at special events, and during promotions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate coding of players to casino hosts per established business rules to ensure the host team is focused on assigned players.
• Assist the Player Development team in coordinating and executing special events for VIP players.
• Maintain knowledge of all special events and promotions, ensuring communication across the Player Development team.
• Assist with player transportation, hotel booking, and amenity requests as assigned.
• Support off-property events.
• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws, and company policies.
• Work in a team environment, collaborating to strengthen processes.
• Deliver a positive, courteous, and professional guest service experience in all interactions.
• Promote positive public and employee relations to increase play and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with Pit managers, Slot managers, hotel operations, and relevant support staff.
• Coordinate and support execution of on- and off-property VIP events.
• Master knowledge of gaming machines, table games, player tracking systems, promotions, events, entertainment, and general property information.
• Assist the host team with requests for hotel, amenities, and transportation for guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Safeguard the confidentiality of all employee, department, and company records.
• Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly notifying management of concerns.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification of any illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to three (3) years of professional experience in a customer service role.
• Must have a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and comfort learning new software.
• Prior casino experience preferred.
• Experience with Bally’s CMP preferred.

Pay

USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 per hour (tipped position).
