About the role
This position is located at Leader Bank Pavilion and reports to the venue General Manager. The Premium Operations Supervisor will work closely with the Premium Seat Sales (PSS) team to ensure the smooth operation of the Premium Club and Premium Seat locations.
Responsibilities
- Hire and train all non-Food & Beverage night of show premium positions (Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security, etc.)
- Maintain the integrity of the PSS program and ensure the Premium team communicates effectively to address issues in real-time
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ to execute premium hospitality services
- Act as the main liaison between PSS and operations teams
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and assignments with the PSS team, Club Operations Supervisor, and Regional Premium F&B Manager
- Monitor all Premium locations throughout the evening
- Survey boxes to ensure they are not over capacity
- Conduct post-show recaps and relay feedback to PSS and operations team
- Work with the Box Office Manager on ticket issues during the show
Requirements

- Flexible to work long hours during weekdays and weekends (80% of shows during the season)

- Effective communicator with leadership and problem solver in real-time
- Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to perform tasks such as lifting, standing, or operating in extreme temperatures

Pay
The expected compensation for this position is $17.6 USD - $22.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on a variety of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
Schedule
Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the show schedule, typically 80% of shows during the season.
