About the role
The Facilities Supervisor leads the Facilities Crew in event set up, break down, cleaning, and overall physical safety of Leader Bank Pavilion. This role works closely with our Facilities Manager to ensure everything is set up and ready to welcome our guests for each concert and event.
Responsibilities
- Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
- Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
- Schedule Facilities staff for shows, events, and regular business hours
- Lead Facilities Crew in setting up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events; adapt to different needs depending on the client or artist and other factors, ie weather
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and Special Events team to understand and execute special event set up
- Care for ongoing maintenance needs, including repairing chairs, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- Plan daily work lists for Facilities Crew
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to keeping all guest facing areas free of trash, restock restroom paper, materials and hygiene products as needed
- Aid in daily cleaning duties
- Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to help perform duties as needed
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintain working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices
- Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue; uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to appropriate members of the management team in a timely manner
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and prior leadership experience required
- Background in maintenance preferred; ability to use hand tools preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods of time
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- Action-oriented and results-driven individual
- Passion or interests in music, technology and media

Pay
$19.20 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule
Seasonal position from February to October, working 30 to 40 hours per week. Shifts may start as early as 6:00-7:00am. Evening event shifts may go as late as 1:00am. On non-event days, typical hours will be 9am to 5pm.
