About the role
The successful candidate will oversee raw material and component stock levels to ensure availability and meet full customer demand. They will monitor production planning performance and propose preventive actions to secure material availability. They will also define and maintain appropriate stock levels for raw materials and components, lead actions to reduce inventory levels across component families, measure supplier service performance, and propose action plans to improve supplier reliability. Additionally, they will plan material and component needs based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans, while anticipating impacts with suppliers and production. They will validate and send weekly forecasts to suppliers and monitor delivery performance against confirmed orders. They will also participate in logistics meetings, support inventory accuracy, and help define logistics processes with suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements
- You are graduated from a Master degree in Engineering/Economics/Law Degree
- You already have experience in Supply Chain roles / New graduate (ideally in the automotive field)
- You have a fluent level of English and ideally you have a good command of Italian
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
