VIE - Project Procurement Manager Spares Business (m/f)

Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring procurement excellence and contributing to the success of our projects by aligning procurement strategies with project objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Sub-System Managers, Procurement Teams, and Legal Teams), coordinate sourcing activities and performance, and develop improvement plans to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments – and much more.

• We’ll look to you for:
• - Ensuring the Project Procurement Strategy is shared, understood, and applied by procurement teams and Sub-System Managers (SSMs).
• - Working with the buyer on the project to ensure their contribution aligns with project QCD objectives.
• - Coordinating and securing sourcing activities, performance, and efficiency across the entire project.
• - Building and managing the Material Work Package, including costs, risks, and savings assessments.

• - Degree in Purchasing, Sourcing, Engineering, or other related field (Master’s degree in purchasing or equivalent is preferred).
• - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• - Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving targets.
• - Proficiency in MS Office (SAP experience preferred).
