About the role

The HR Generalist/Business Partner will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s human resources function, with a focus on talent management, and providing strategic HR support to a designated business function. This role requires a versatile individual who can manage diverse responsibilities, from handling complex international assignments to driving HR projects that strengthen talent development, succession planning, employee growth, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and lead HR projects
• Support talent management initiatives including development, learning, and acquisition
• Provide HR Business Partner (HRBP) support to a designated business function

About you

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel and HR data management
• Interest in HR projects and HR Business Partnering
• Fluent in English
