Casa Di Amici Server (Horseshoe Bossier) Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all food items requested and necessary supplies are obtained and delivered in a timely manner.
• Clocks guests check in and out.
• Serve beverages to guests upon delivery.
• Fills sugar bowls, salt/pepper shakers, folds napkins, and organizes storage areas.
• Completes service preparation functions as required.
• Treats guests with courtesy and respect.
• Facilitates the immediate accommodation of guest requests.
• Follows all applicable safety precautions applicable to food service areas.
• Coordinates the delivery schedules of amenities, and food and beverage orders to best accommodate the guests.
• Provides direction and support to bus persons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Two (2) years of food service experience.
• Must be able to obtain Responsible Vendor Certification and Bossier ABO Card.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, push, and pull when necessary.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a diverse environment.
• Knowledge of room service standards.
• Ability to follow directions.
