Work Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with core hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Some assignments may require after‑hours work. The role involves travel to various locations in Dane County, northern Illinois, and other regional sites. This is a hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin; remote work will vary depending on project scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Video Producer and Marketing staff to develop project concepts and plans for a wide variety of video work.
- Establish quick rapport with patients, families, staff, and leaders, making them feel comfortable participating in video projects.
- Create visually engaging videos for social media.
- Design compelling video graphic solutions with strong design, timing, and audio‑visual balance.
- Operate video equipment, production software, and lighting techniques expertly across diverse environments.
Qualifications
- Required: Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications or a related field.
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Required: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Videographer.
- Preferred: Additional coursework or experience in multi‑media graphics.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Videographer.
- Preferred: Healthcare industry experience.
- Preferred: Familiarity with higher education environments.
