We are looking for a skilled Videographer to join a contract opportunity supporting luxury real estate marketing initiatives in Charlotte, North Carolina. This project-based role is ideal for someone who can manage both filming and post-production with confidence, creating refined visual content with minimal oversight. The position is primarily onsite and includes travel for shoots as needed, with the possibility of evolving into a longer-term engagement.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage and supporting B-roll for property showcases and branded marketing assignments.
- Transform raw media into fully edited deliverables that reflect a premium visual style.
- Recut longer recordings into shorter features and platform-friendly social media content.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, music, transitions, text treatments, and other creative post-production elements.
- Oversee the editing workflow from initial footage review through final export and delivery.
- Maintain a consistent visual standard aligned with upscale real estate branding.
- Travel to assigned markets to film on location and support production needs across projects.
- Work independently while collaborating with the lead videographer to manage an expanding content pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in both videography and video editing.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and related Adobe Creative Suite tools or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong ability to shape unfinished footage into compelling, audience-ready video content.
- Experience incorporating B-roll, sound, graphic elements, and visual enhancements into final edits.
- A sharp creative sense for producing sophisticated, high-end visual storytelling.
- Ability to work with limited direction and make sound creative decisions independently.
- Must have access to and be able to use personal videography equipment for project work.
