VIDEOGRAPHER
About the role
We’re looking for an Editor who can take raw footage from the studio, the field, and live events and shape it into polished, on-brand deliverables. You’ll be the person who makes the story work in the edit — cutting for pace and emotion, color grading for a consistent look, mixing clean audio, and turning projects around on deadline across a wide range of brands and formats. This is a role for someone who lives in the timeline, sweats the details, and can juggle multiple projects without letting anything slip.
Responsibilities
- Edit long- and short-form video: brand films, product launches, social cutdowns, event recaps, and YouTube content
- Color grade for a consistent, polished look across each brand
- Mix and clean audio, including dialogue, music, and sound design
- Build motion graphics, titles, and lower-thirds, and handle basic VFX cleanup
- Repurpose hero content into platform-specific cuts (vertical, square, short-form)
- Manage media: ingest, organize, back up, and archive project files following our workflow
- Collaborate with shooters and the creative lead on direction, shot selection, and revisions
- Manage your own queue and keep deliverables moving through our project tracking system
- Incorporate client feedback cleanly and hit revision deadlines
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally allowed to own and possess firearms
- Must be able to work from our Pine City, MN office [not a remote role]
