Videoconference Coordinator LTE (part time)
Position Summary
As the Videoconferencing Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating video court hearings and evaluations campus-wide. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with clerical work as needed.
- Providing receptionist services in treatment buildings.
- Performing patient registrations and accessing patient records through the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Preparing various reports and correspondence including legal documents.
- Providing administrative support to staff.

The starting pay is $21.05 per hour.

Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet (such as iPad, etc.) to use software programs like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience providing customer service in a professional or business setting (e.g., answering questions/inquiries, resolving complaints, etc.).
