Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer Level 1 with Security Clearance

About the role

The Video Teleconference (VTC) Engineer is responsible for setting up and maintaining video conferencing systems. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing equipment and software
• Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure system reliability and performance
• Document procedures and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in VTC engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of video conferencing protocols and technologies
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Security clearance preferred but not required
• Experience with Cisco, Polycom, or other leading VTC vendors
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and security principles
