Video Storytelling & YouTube Strategy Team
About the Role
The Video Storytelling & YouTube Strategy Team will help The Animal Cause, Inc. develop a consistent, credible, and mission-aligned video presence that tells the truth about our work and helps people understand how they can participate. This is not simply a video-editing position. The team will help build a repeatable video communications system—from identifying stories and planning content through production, publishing, audience engagement, measurement, and improvement. Content may include rescue and transport stories, animals seeking homes, fundraising campaigns, Mercy Stage, The Shepherd's Ark, volunteer opportunities, organizational history, animal-welfare education, successful outcomes, behind-the-scenes work, and the people and animals who make the mission possible. The team will work collaboratively with the Marketing Strategy & Campaign Team, Website Administration & Digital Operations, Technology & AI, and other volunteers as appropriate. The goal is not to create content simply for the sake of posting. The goal is to use truthful, compelling storytelling to increase understanding, build appropriate awareness, connect people with opportunities to help, and ultimately strengthen the organization's ability to serve animals.
