We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: description of role, responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, clearance info, salary range, work location type (onsite), benefits mention (link). Also mention ability to work 3 days per week onsite in McLean, VA or Bedford, MA (that's schedule? maybe schedule). We'll create sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (basic qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits (mention benefits info link), Pay (salary range), Schedule (onsite 3 days per week). Need to avoid repeating job title heading. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, copyright, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: The paragraph describing MITRE, CXA organization, seeking Video & Social Media Producer, role will lead strategy, development, production of engaging platform-native short-form video, etc. We'll summarize but must preserve all substantive info; we can't invent or summarize away detail. We need to keep details but can condense? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit details; but we can still rephrase? Probably we should keep the content but can be in

. We'll include the descriptive paragraphs as is (maybe split into multiple

). Ensure we don't lose any specifics. Responsibilities: list from "Roles & Responsibilities:" bullet points. We'll put each as

  • . Requirements: Basic Qualifications bullet list. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet list. Skills: maybe we can combine some skill statements from qualifications? But we already have qualifications; maybe we can create Skills section for things like "Strong hands-on video production capabilities..." etc. However those are already in qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we skip Skills section if content already covered. But we need to follow instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine qualifications and skills into one? But they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements (basic qualifications), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We'll include About the role as introductory paragraph(s). We'll not create Skills if it's redundant. Benefits: posting says "Benefits information may be found here." That's not specific benefit details; it's a link. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits info may be found here, but not actual benefits. Might be considered not specific. Safer to omit Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. However they said "Benefits information may be found here." That's a reference but not details. I'd omit Benefits. Pay: Salary compensation range and midpoint: $127,200 - $159,000 - $190,800. That's specific, so include Pay. Schedule: "Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in McLean, VA or Bedford, MA" and "Annual Work Location Type: Onsite". So schedule: 3 days per week onsite. We'll include Schedule. About the role

At MITRE, your passion fuels work that impacts our nation and improves lives. This is where your skills strengthen national security, cybersecurity, health, transportation, and citizen services. We’re a nonprofit engineering, applied research, and advanced technology organization working in the public interest. With objectivity and integrity at our core, we lead federally funded research and development centers for U.S. government agencies – collaborating with industry and academia to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions that advance our nation’s health, security, and prosperity. Our people tackle the toughest technical challenges, supported by competitive benefits, meaningful career development, and a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Choose MITRE for a career with purpose — and help shape the future. The Communications and External Affairs (CXA) organization helps MITRE communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact across the audiences that matter most to our mission. The organization leads mission and enterprise communications, external affairs, executive communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, events, digital channels, and reputation management in support of MITRE’s public-interest mission. MITRE is seeking an experienced Video & Social Media Producer to help shape how MITRE tells its stories across today’s rapidly evolving social media landscape. This role will lead the strategy, development, and production of engaging, platform-native short-form video that brings MITRE’s people, expertise, research, innovation, and public-interest mission to life for external audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on producer and AI-enabled creator who understands what makes social video compelling and effective while possessing the editorial judgment required to communicate complex technical, scientific, and government-related subject matter accurately and responsibly. This person will help MITRE move beyond simply creating “videos for social” toward a social-first video strategy intentionally designed around audience behavior, platform consumption, storytelling, and measurable performance. The successful candidate will understand how AI is reshaping content strategy and production and will actively identify responsible ways to incorporate it into the creative process. This includes using AI to accelerate research and ideation, develop and test creative concepts, analyze transcripts and source material, and identify content opportunities. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution –identifying what MITRE should create, why an audience should care, how the story should be told, producing the content, and using AI-enabled tools, audience insights, and performance data to determine what’s next.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a short-form video content strategy aligned with MITRE’s enterprise social media, communications, brand, thought leadership, and audience objectives.
    • Leverage approved AI-enabled tools to improve production efficiency across research, ideation, transcript analysis, clip identification, captioning, versioning, and other appropriate parts of the content workflow.
    • Identify compelling stories across MITRE’s experts, research, programs, events, demonstrations, facilities, and thought leadership and translate them into social-first video concepts.
    • Own short-form video projects from concept through delivery, including ideation, scripting, interviewing, shooting, producing, editing, graphics, captions, sound, and platform packaging.
    • Develop strong hooks, story angles, interview concepts, expert explainers, recurring series, behind-the-scenes content, event coverage, demonstrations, and other scalable social video formats.
    • Produce and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant or emerging social platforms.
    • Apply social-first storytelling techniques, including hooks, pacing, narrative structure, visual storytelling, audience retention, and platform-specific editing.
    • Stay current on social media trends, emerging video formats, creator techniques, platform changes, generative AI capabilities, and audience behaviors – and determine how those developments can appropriately support MITRE’s mission and communications objectives.

    Requirements

    • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
    • 5 years of related experience in video production, social media content, multimedia production, digital storytelling, content strategy, or a related field with a bachelor’s degree – or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, appropriateness, and alignment with editorial and brand standards rather than relying on AI-generated content without human review.
    • A strong portfolio that demonstrates short-form video content and direct involvement in strategy, production, editing, and storytelling.
    • Strong hands-on video production capabilities, including interviewing, camera operation, lighting, audio, editing, graphics, captions, and platform-specific formatting.
    • Strong knowledge of social video platforms and formats, including LinkedIn, Instagram/Reels, YouTube/Shorts, and emerging social channels.
    • Experience using social media and video analytics to evaluate content performance and make recommendations based on audience behavior.
    • Excellent editorial judgment and the ability to balance creativity and speed with accuracy, institutional reputation, stakeholder requirements, and audience needs.
    • Strong writing, interviewing, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a complex and collaborative environment.
    • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across communications, creative, technical, and leadership teams.

    Qualifications

    • Experience producing content related to national security, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, emerging technology, aviation, healthcare, R&D, critical infrastructure, or federal government programs.
    • Working knowledge of AI-assisted content capabilities such as research and ideation, scripting, transcript analysis, content repurposing, video and audio enhancement, captioning, editing, versioning, and performance analysis.
    • Experience working within a government contractor, FFRDC, federal agency, research organization, or another government-funded environment.
    • Demonstrated experience developing executive and technical subject matter expert-focused social video.
    • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable professional video-production tools.
    • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or other visual storytelling techniques.
    • Experience incorporating generative AI or AI-assisted tools into professional content-production workflows.
    • Demonstrated success creating repeatable video franchises, recurring editorial series, or scalable social-first content programs rather than solely producing one-off video assets.
    • Strong understanding of the distinctions between institutional/corporate video production and content intentionally designed for social media audiences.
    • Demonstrated curiosity about emerging technology, AI-powered creative technologies, social media culture, audience behavior, and new approaches to digital storytelling.
    • Ability to distinguish useful applications from trends that do not support audience or business objectives.

    Pay

    Salary compensation range and midpoint: $127,200 - $159,000 - $190,800

    Schedule

Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in McLean, VA or Bedford, MA (Onsite work location type).

We should not include any extra sections like Benefits. Also ensure no markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any repeated lines: we have not included duplicated lines like "Ability to work 3 days per week onsite in McLean, VA or Bedford, MA" appears only once. Good. Check that we didn't include Job ID/requisition numbers. Not present. Check that we didn't include boilerplate like EEO, copyright, legal. We omitted. Check that we didn't include "Benefits information may be found here." We omitted Benefits section. Check that we didn't include "This requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s): None" etc. We omitted clearance info because it's None; but is that substantive? It says None, but it's still info. However rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. For clearance, there's no heading; we could include in a paragraph maybe under About the role? But it's minor metadata; instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Clearance is minor metadata; we can drop it. So fine. Check that we didn't include "Annual Work Location Type: Onsite" we incorporated into Schedule. All good.
