Video Producer, Sales & Delivery

About the role

Tesla’s Sales Operations team ensures employees and customers understand Tesla’s products and mission. We create engaging content with a primary focus on educational tutorials and customer stories, alongside product updates, messaging, and event support. We are looking for a candidate with a strong emphasis on pre-production (concepting, scripting, storyboarding, planning, and stakeholder alignment), backed by hands-on experience in production and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain deep Tesla product expertise by proactively tracking updates
• Collaborate on content intake, propose strategic product education topics, and organize production resources and logistics
• Support end-to-end production: apply diverse camera techniques, manage sound/lighting setups (studio & location), and direct on-screen talent for precise interactions
• Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video assets that meet Tesla visual standards

Requirements

• Degree in Film, Video Production, or equivalent experience
• Experience with pre-production and content planning
• Experience with filming, editing, and producing video
• Experience with editing software (Premiere Pro, Resolve, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Experience in 3D software is a plus (After Effects, Blender, Unreal Engine, Godot)

Pay

Expected compensation: $80,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
