This is a 6-month contract role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Video Content Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who excels at concepting and producing testimonial-first, human-led video content and has a sharp eye for editing and project management. The majority of this role will include leading strategy and project management for video testimonial stories and recruitment-focused video content.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of traditional video production, developing content strategy and supporting teams through concepting, pre-production planning, filming, editing, and final delivery
  • Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, maintaining clear schedules, milestones, and deadlines across a high-volume pipeline
  • Coordinate many partners—including stakeholders, subject matter experts, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams—to keep production moving smoothly
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and style translates into visual storytelling that aligns with organizational objectives and resonates with target audiences
  • Advocate for solutions that balance the needs of audiences with key business objectives
  • Succinctly present and rationalize work to stakeholders
  • Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and production documentation to support a scalable, repeatable workflow

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of previous experience in video content production or a similar role
  • Proven track record producing testimonial-first, human-led stories that connect deeply with audiences
  • Strong command of the full video production lifecycle, from pre-production through post-production and final delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage edits across a large, high-volume body of content with consistency and quality
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to ever-changing priorities
  • Ability to wrangle many partners—including stakeholders, talent, agencies, and cross-functional teams—and keep production moving smoothly
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished, accurate, on-brand work
  • Ability to collaborate, seek clarity, and work independently to execute on tasks
  • Ability to adhere to brand voice, tone, and style requirements
