Video Producer and Editor

We’re looking for a Video Producer + Editor who moves fast, thinks strategically, and knows how to turn ideas into creative that gets noticed and drives results. This is a hands-on role for someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and continuously improve video across our digital marketing channels. Location: Charlotte, NC area The Role: As Video Producer + Editor, you’ll create high-performing video content across our most important marketing channels, including YouTube, Meta, AppLovin, and our website. You’ll partner closely with the Growth Team to ideate, develop, shoot, test, and refine creative concepts. You’ll work with product footage, stock assets, existing content, graphics, animation, and new footage to create videos that capture attention, communicate our value props, and drive conversions. You’ll also manage our video library and DAM, identify opportunities to repurpose existing content, and create iterations based on performance. What You'll Do: Concept, edit, and produce scroll-stopping paid video ads for YouTube, Meta, and other digital channelsCreate engaging video content for our website, landing pages, and marketing campaignsDevelop creative concepts and visual hooks that capture attention quicklySelect and direct voiceover, music, graphics, and animation to bring concepts to lifeShoot video content as needed at our nursery and on locationTransform product footage, stock, and existing assets into compelling, performance-driven creativePartner with the Growth Team to brainstorm, test, and optimize creative based on performanceBring brand value props to life through strong storytelling, visual hooks, and motionMaintain brand consistency while creating content that feels fresh, fast-paced, and attention-grabbingStay current on social, eCommerce, and video trends, formats, and best practicesAssess and maintain our video library, identifying opportunities to repurpose existing content and fill creative gapsManage the editing and filming calendar, proactively prioritizing projects and keeping work moving forwardTravel as needed for photoshoots and video production What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience creating social media and digital video content, particularly for YouTube and Meta Experience shooting and producing video for paid advertising and website content A strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and/or performance-driven video work Strong storytelling and visual instincts, with an ability to hook viewers quicklyA performance-minded approach and comfort iterating creative based on data and results Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After EffectsExperience with A/B testing and performance-driven creative is a plusStrong project management skills and the ability to manage an editing and filming calendar A self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and can work independentlyCollaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative, growth, and marketing teamsWillingness to travel as needed for photoshoots and video production Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year About our perks Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Life insurancePaid time offCommuter flexible spending accountDependent care flexible spending account Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Fast Growing Trees, LLC values diversity and the skills, knowledge and experience that difference brings to our culture.
