Video / Motion Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a talented Video / Motion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through compelling motion graphics and video content that enhance our brand presence and communication efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers to produce high-quality, visually engaging assets for various digital channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling motion and video experiences
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience developing and maintaining templated motion and video systems

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video and motion design assets for brand, marketing, and internal communications
• Design and animate motion graphics for digital platforms, social media, web, presentations, and internal channels
• Develop and maintain templated motion and video systems to enable quick, consistent reuse across teams
• Edit video content, including pacing, color correction, audio refinement, and basic compositing
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, creative leads, and program managers to meet project objectives
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Prepare and deliver assets in multiple formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios
• Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines
• Maintain organized files and follow established workflows and processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in motion design and video production
