About The Role We are seeking a talented Video Editor specializing in Paid Media to join our remote team. As a Video Editor at IncubatorLab, you will play a crucial role in crafting short-form paid social advertisements designed to optimize performance across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This position is ideal for editors with a performance-first mindset, capable of working swiftly and iterating based on feedback and analytical insights. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality, engaging video content that captures attention within the first few seconds, drives conversions, and aligns with the strategic goals of our clients. You will collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists and growth teams to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of ad creatives. The role offers flexibility in working hours, emphasizing an async-first approach, with some overlap with US-based EST hours for team communication and meetings. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and e-commerce video editing.Portfolio showcasing high-performing paid social ad creatives and conversion-focused assets for e-commerce brands.Proven experience editing for health, wellness, and supplement brands.Deep proficiency with generative AI video suites, including AI animations, advanced asset generation, and talking-head enhancements.Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.Fundamental understanding of pacing, color correction, audio mixing, and music selection.Excellent English communication skills.Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience in creating performance creative, short-form ads, and UGC-style content. Responsibilities Edit short-form paid social video ads optimized for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.Iterate on creative assets based on performance insights and feedback to maximize engagement and conversions.Apply best practices related to hooks, pacing, clarity, and calls-to-action to ensure high ad performance.Collaborate asynchronously with creative strategists and growth teams to develop and refine ad creatives.Maintain high quality and consistency across a high volume of video outputs.Utilize generative AI tools to enhance video content with animations, assets, and talking-head improvements.Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Test different hooks, visual styles, and editing techniques to optimize ad performance.Stay updated on the latest trends in social media advertising and video editing best practices.
