Victoria 03 (Navarro/Guy Grant) Service - Customer Service Assistant - Part time

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading merchandise from baskets.
• Package groceries and help customers transport/unload groceries to their vehicles.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the store.
• Maintain and stock bag areas.
• Return products to proper locations.
• Stock and stage bags; stock check‑stand supplies.
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers and replace anti‑fatigue mats.
• Perform carts & parts basket relocation and power‑wash basket relocation for department setup.
• Perform red basket fill‑up/retrieval.
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum the check‑stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Function in a fast‑paced retail environment performing detailed and precise tasks. Must constantly reach at waist and grasp, frequently stand and walk, and occasionally reach overhead, at shoulder, at knee, at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, stair climb, pivot, twist, push/pull with arms, pinch, and perform fine motor movements. May be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions. Must demonstrate the ability to lift 55 lb and manage loads up to 100 lb. Lifting beyond personal safe limits is prohibited; items that are too heavy must be broken down or assistance requested.
