We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. The posting includes: Summary (intro), Duties/Responsibilities (list), Requirements (conditions of employment), Qualifications (minimum qualifications, typing proficiency, experience, education, etc.), Additional information (benefits mention). Also there is mention of "Payment of relocation expenses will not be authorized." No explicit Pay, Schedule, Benefits specifics. There's a generic statement about benefits but no specifics. According to rules: do NOT create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It mentions "A career with the U.S. government provides employees with a comprehensive benefits package." but no specifics; that's vague. Should we include Benefits section? It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states generic benefits but not specific. Likely we should not include Benefits section because it's not specific. Similarly no Pay or Schedule.
We need headings: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities: yes. Requirements: yes (conditions of employment). Qualifications: yes. Possibly Skills? Not explicit separate. Could include under Qualifications. We'll output sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly also "About the role" from summary? The summary is introductory paragraph about office; could be considered About the role. The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role using the summary paragraph. That seems appropriate.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information; remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. The posting includes lots of boilerplate about conditions of employment, selective service, etc. Those are part of Requirements; we keep them.
We need to format duties as
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role using the summary paragraph. That seems appropriate.

We need to format duties as - . Responsibilities list is a paragraph with sentences; we can split into list items. The responsibilities paragraph includes many sentences separated by periods. We'll create list items for each duty.
Similarly Qualifications: we have minimum qualifications, typing proficiency, experience, education, etc. We'll make list.
Requirements: conditions of employment list.
We'll output HTML fragment.
Let's extract content.
Summary paragraph: "The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York prosecutes cases involving violations of federal laws and represents the interests of the United States government and its agencies in criminal and civil matters. The Office investigates and prosecutes a broad array of criminal conduct of every conceivable magnitude, even when the conduct arises in distant places. This position is also being announced to all US Citizens and Nationals under 26-NYS-13065660-DE"
We can keep that as About the role.

- Education: This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
We could also include "Additional information" about relocation expenses not authorized, background investigation, ICTAP, CTAP, Special Hiring Authorities, Reasonable Accommodation, etc. Those are additional info but not strictly qualifications. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Additional Information". But we only need to include sections when there is real specific content. The additional info includes specifics like background investigation, ICTAP, CTAP, Reasonable Accommodation, etc. Might be worth including as a section "Additional Information". However the instruction list of headings didn't include Additional Information, but we can still use headings like "Additional Information" if we want? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Probably we should stick to those headings. Additional info like background investigation could go under Requirements or Qualifications. It's about conditions of employment (background investigation) which is already in Requirements. ICTAP/CTAP also about selection priority; could be under Requirements. Reasonable Accommodation also under Requirements. So we can incorporate them into Requirements list.
Thus we have three sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications.
We must not include empty sections.
Now produce HTML:
