Victim Services Analyst

About the role

The Analyst II manages a portfolio of grant subawards for state and federally funded victim services housing grant programs. This role performs complex analytical, technical, and evaluative work supporting Victim Services grant programs, including:

  • Managing a portfolio of Grant Subawards
  • Analyzing programmatic and fiscal documentation for compliance
  • Conducting monitoring and assessments of Subrecipients
  • Providing technical assistance
  • Developing analytical reports and recommendations

The position exercises independent judgment within established laws, regulations, Grant Subaward conditions, and program guidelines.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid Telework: Eligible for a hybrid work schedule; additional in-office days may be required based on business needs.
  • DMV Pull Program: Participation is required; a valid Driver’s License (DL) is mandatory. Applicants must provide DL details (number, class, expiration date, endorsements/restrictions).
  • Emergency Response: Employees may be contacted outside normal working hours (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) and required to report to work during emergencies. This may involve irregular hours, alternative work locations, or duties beyond the official position description.
  • Travel: Extensive travel may be required in support of emergency operations, with little advance notice, potentially lasting weeks to months. Relocation to emergency sites may be necessary.

The Finance & Logistics Administration Directorate oversees operations including budgeting, fiscal analysis, accounting, grants management, human resources, labor relations, recruitment, examinations, professional development, disaster logistics, and internal support. The Directorate comprises four sections: Administrative Services, Human Resources, Grants Management, and Logistics.
