This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the centralized content strategy for client-facing teams across Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions
- Create scalable advisor playbooks and field-facing tools for better client outcomes
- Lead the transition to a specialized team focused on driving advisor adoption and behavioral change
- Serve as the field advocate for new technology and solutions during rollout
- Build and structure a dedicated Enablement team to support Wealth Management and Wealth Solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enablement or learning roles within wealth management or financial services
- Proven track record in building centralized enablement programs from scratch
- Experience driving behavioral change in advisor or sales teams with measurable results
- Familiarity with M&A integration complexities and enablement demands
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with an eye for strategic partnership

Pay
$204,000 – $230,000 annually
