Vice President - Wealth Advisor at Alley Company is a registered investment advisory firm in Lake Forest, Illinois. The role involves driving new business growth through business development activities and supporting client servicing.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and develop new client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
Generate and schedule meetings with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and centers of influence
Build relationships with external partners including accounting firms, real estate professionals, attorneys, and other strategic referral sources
Work alongside leadership to expand center of influence channels and community presence
Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and business development opportunities
Support existing client relationships in an account servicing capacity
Partner with the investment and research teams to understand portfolio strategy and market positioning
Aid senior advisors and relationship managers with ongoing client needs and communication
Help deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. Progress towards CFP and/or CFA, a plus.
5+ years of relevant experience
Proven ability to develop new business and cultivate client relationships
Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a sales-driven approach to business development
Passion for wealth management, investments, and relationship management
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team
Benefits
This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-$150,000 base salary compensation range. Base salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. Incentive compensation can be meaningful based upon success of business development efforts. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
