About the role
Guided by our vision to create financial solutions that make lives better, Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a Vice President of Wealth Management to lead and grow its investment services program. This role will provide strategic leadership, partner with advisors and branch leadership, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Oregon State Credit Union's Wealth Management program
- Provide direction to advisors and support staff
- Ensure a productive, compliant, and member-focused operation
- Partner closely with advisors, branch leadership, marketing, and executive management
- Drive business growth, develop strategic initiatives, strengthen member relationships, and expand investment services awareness
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of investment and insurance products, wealth management strategies, suitability standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of investment services operations, compliance practices, advisor supervision, and program development
- Demonstrated success developing and executing business plans, production goals, and growth strategies
- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities, strengthen referral partnerships, expand market awareness, and position wealth management as a core component of the member experience
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing licensed financial professionals and support teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of investment services compliance requirements, suitability standards, and regulatory expectations
- Experience overseeing compliant programs, managing policy and procedure development, and working with supervisory and compliance partners to address regulatory matters effectively
Qualifications
- Twelve years of experience in the investment and insurance industry with prior management experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
- Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses with a clean FINRA record are preferred
- Oregon Insurance License required

Pay
$186,538 – 196,900k/year DOE + bonus
