About the role
The Vice President, Transformation will lead strategic initiatives aimed at driving innovation and transformation across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of industry trends and a proven track record of successfully implementing change management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive transformation plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes, technologies, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.

Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a large-scale organization, with a focus on transformation and innovation.
- A demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A strong background in technology, operations, and business strategy.
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on evidence.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
- A master's degree or higher preferred.
