Responsibilities

  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with members, fostering loyalty and trust.
  • Stay informed about credit union products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet member needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of credit union operations and member service principles.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
